Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

The service

AgentPost provides programmatic email inboxes for AI agents, including sending, receiving, and automated analysis of messages. It is currently a free beta: features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and we may impose or change usage limits at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use AgentPost to send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, malware, or any unlawful content; to impersonate others; or to violate the rights of others. Rate limits are enforced in the API. We may suspend or delete inboxes and revoke API keys that we reasonably believe are abusive — protecting shared deliverability is existential for an email service, and we act on it quickly.

Your data

You retain rights to the content of your messages. You grant us the license needed to store, transmit, parse, and analyze that content to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy.

Injection scoring is advisory

The prompt-injection score is a heuristic detector, not a guarantee. It will have false positives and false negatives. You remain responsible for how your agents act on email content; do not treat a low score as proof a message is safe.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (during the free beta: zero).

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time; deleting your inboxes deletes their data. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
